Everything was great, exceptionally nice staff, absolutely perfect location just off a coffee shop nearby, and cheap and good restaurants. Choose double room with all basic amenities.

The hotel is located just a short walk from the Colosseum and Termini Station. The self-service breakfast offered fresh pastries and yogurt, which we enjoyed daily. The daily cleaning service kept our room fresh and tidy.
The only downside was that the room was slightly smaller than expected.

great location but some street noise
The location was a standout aspect, with easy access to local attractions and a nearby grocery store. The staff was friendly when we had an issue with the air conditioning. I appreciated the little touches like a small refrigerator, especially for keeping snacks and drinks cold.
The street noise at night was more noticeable than I had hoped.

The location was da best, so close to everything like colosseo and many nice restaurants around. Breakfast was so yummy with warm pastries every mornin, i loved dat! Staff was super friendly and helped us with luggage after check-out. The room was nice and clean, comfy beds for a fam like us. Self check-in was easy peasy, made it so chill when we arrived.
but the rooms were a bit smaller than expected and could hear some noise from the street at night.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a mini fridge and a cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the communal kitchen for breakfast and the thoughtful assistance from Laura, who helped with transport arrangements. Some noise from the street was noticeable at night, and improvements in room upkeep, such as addressing minor cleanliness issues, would enhance the stay experience.

It was just an excellent fit for a quick weekend visit in Rome with extraordinarily good value for money. The communal kitchen was handy for making breakfast, and I appreciated the thoughtful basics provided. Try asking about extra blankets to ensure a comfortable night, especially if you think it might get chilly.
